Employee Transfer

As a business owner, you can utilize the Employee Transfer service to attract non-Saudi employees currently working for another employer in Saudi Arabia, or to transfer your existing non-Saudi employees between your different facilities.
Service Procedures:
  • Managing Employee Transfer Requests:
    • Manage all employee transfer requests in one place.
  • Transferring Employees from Another Facility:
    • Attract an employee currently working for another employer in Saudi Arabia.
  • Transferring Employees Between Your Facilities:
    • Transfer your existing non-Saudi employees between your different facilities.
Service Eligibility Requirements:
  • The facility must be operational.
  • The business registration of the facility must be valid.
  • The work permits for all employees in the group of facilities must be valid.
  • The facility must comply with the Ministry’s contract documentation plan.
  • There should be no remarks in the Wage Protection System.
  • The employee’s consent to the request and employment contract is required.
Government Fees:
  • First transfer of a specific employee: 2000 SAR
  • Second transfer for the same employee: 4000 SAR
  • Third transfer for the same employee: 6000 SAR
The service is available:

24 hours a day, throughout the week.

Service completion time:

Immediate.

How to access the service:
  • Log in to your Qiwa Business account.
  • Go to the “Services” tab in the sidebar menu.
  • Select “Employee Transfer” under the “Employee Recruitment” or “Current Employee Management” section.
  • Click the “Transfer Employee” button at the top of the page.
