(1) Evaluate
Evaluating and protecting your shipment is essential to prevent damage to any parcel. Determine your needs before starting the shipping process.
(2) Packing
Make sure to follow the guidelines below before starting packaging. Follow the shipping and packaging instructions before proceeding with the packaging.
Fragile Items:
Protect your fragile items using bubble wrap. Wrap it around the items 4 times and ensure they are secure.
- Place the wrapped items in a sturdy box. Ensure there are no gaps and fill the box with additional bubble wrap if needed.
- Put a “Fragile” label on your box.
(3) Company Seal
Using the correct method to seal your package will ensure it reaches its destination safely.
(4) Shipping
Prepare your shipment by ensuring that the shipping label is clearly visible on the surface. Do not let other labels or tapes cover the shipping label. This will help your shipment move quickly with Fast Track.

(2) Prepare Your Documents

- Bill of Lading – Create it online through the customer portal
- In many cases, you will need to prepare a customs invoice
- Local customs regulations may require additional documents
(3) Hand it to Fast Track

Once a Bill of Lading is created and the delivery service is selected, your packages are ready for shipping with Fast Track**
- Find a drop-off location
- Request a pickup
(5) Your Shipment was Delivered

- The seller can add a signature-on-delivery service when creating the shipment.
- The recipient can schedule the delivery when they are available at home.

In addition to the shipping label, your shipment may also require additional documents such as a customs invoice or destination-specific documents to accompany the shipment.

(1) Labels:
The shipping label must contain all the necessary information Fast Track needs to deliver the package to its intended destination, including names, addresses, and the shipment tracking number. Please ensure that your shipping label is visible and correctly placed on the shipping box.
What you need to include on your label:
– Seller/recipient address and contact information
– Shipment contents and quantity
– Number of packages/pieces in the shipment, total shipment weight, and dimensions
(2) Customs Invoice:
A commercial invoice is a customs document that provides details about the shipment and its contents.
How to fill out the customs invoice?
- Include the sender’s and recipient’s name, address, and contact details.
- Describe the contents of your shipment, including harmonized codes.
- Fill in the shipping information.
- Sign and date the form.
